Die Tour beginnt man am besten in Regis-Breitingen am Stadion (Parkplatz kostenlos).Wir fahren fahren größtenteils über asphaltierte Radwege oder gut fahrbare Feldwege über Thräna bis nach Frohburg.Dort biegen wir zu den Eschefelder Teichen ein, eine sehr reizvolle Teichlandschaft. Von da aus führt die Tour über Waldwege nach Pahna (Camping,Badesee).Dann über Fockendorf, Treben und Haselbach zurück nach Regis-Breitingen.Insgesmt eine landschaftlich schöne und gut fahrbare Tour.Gaststätten in Pahna oder Fockendorf.
