Eine sehr schöne Tour von Ilsenburg zur Plessenburg an den Ilsefällen vorbei über Scharfenstein zum Ecker- Stausee. Oberhalb vom Molkenhaus geht es runter ins Eckertal und weiter Richtung Ilsenburg über den Meineberg. Von hier auf einem Trail zurück ins Ilsetal.
