Kleine Runde, beginnend an der Königsallee über Wiesental, Haus Weitmar, Weitmarer Holz, hinunter zur Ruhr, entlang der Ruhr bis zum Haus Kemnade. Am Katzenstein hoch, unterhalb der Burg Blankenstein/Hattingen zurück zum Weitmarer Holz mit einer kleinen Runde da.
Die Runde ist in manchen Abschnitten technisch anspruchsvoll. Es sind zwei Stellen mit Treppenstufen drin. Es gibt einen Berg des Grauens;-). Der ist aber nicht lang.

Königsallee Bochum. Kann man nicht verpassen. An der Melanchthon-Kirche geht es los. Bis zum Schauspielhaus sind es dreihundert Meter.
