Wanderung auf einem der schönsten Abschnitt des Attmühltals zur eindrucksvollen Felsgruppe "Zwölf Apostel" und in das weltberühmte Solnhofer Steinbruchgebiet mit seinen Museen. Immer wieder bieten sich prächtige Ausblicke auf das Altmühl- und Gailachtal und auf ihre Felsgruppen sowie Ausblicke über die Höhen des Fränkischen Jura. Eine Besonderheit der Flora im Altmühltal ist der Wacholdergarten bei Ahendorf.
