Von Schlining geht es mehr oder weniger flach über die Fahrstraße zur Schlining Alm. Von dort aus auf immer steiler werdendem Schotterweg hinauf zur Sesvenna Hütte. Diese rechts passierend, auf wieder mehr oder weniger flach Weg zum Schlining Pass. Ab dem Pass auf leicht fallendem Weg zur Unia Schlucht. Nach dem Durchqueren der Schlucht geht es über den gleichen Weg wieder zurück.
