- Start/Ziel: Naturns, Bahnhof am Vinschgauradweg.
- MH 537 bis MH 564 - KM 0 bis KM 6,5 Vinschgauradweg, bzw Teerweg nach Tschars.
- MH 564 bis MH 908 - KM 6,5bis KM 10,2 Uphill auf dem Tomberg bis zum höchsten Punkt auf mittelsteiler, gleichmässig ansteigender Teerstrasse.
- MH 908 bis MH 670 - KM 10,2 bis KM 11,5 Abfahrt auf leicht zu bewältigendem Karrenweg nach Tabland.
- MH 670 bis MH 537 - KM 11,5 bis KM 15,3 Abfahrt auf Teerstrasse durch Obstanlagen nach Tschirland und weiter bis zum Ausgangspunkt.
