Kombinierte Winterlauf- und Schneeschuhtour am Herzogstand (zwei Aufstiege).
Ab ca. 1100m wurden die Schneeschuhe angezogen, runter dann jeweils wieder mir Laufschuhen
Im zweiten Aufstieg wurde Direttissima die Skipiste hochgespurt, man spart Zeit, aber keine Kraft!
Die Abkürzung im Abstieg zum Walchensee über die alte Skipiste war Freeride der Extraklasse, aber auch unerwartet steiles Gelände! Besser, man bleibt auf der offiziellen Strecke...
Der Track endet nach dem zweiten Aufstieg am Herzogstandhaus 1582m, der Abstieg nach Kochel ging über die Aufstiegsroute vom Vormittag (+12km bis Parkplatz Trimini sind in den 41km bereits enthalten).
Meine Zeitangabe gilt für zügiges Lauftempo (auch mit den Schneeschuhen!), für normales Wandern muss mit Faktor 2-3 gerechnet werden.
