hinauf bis auf 400m auf Güterweg, partiell mit Rampen. Dann ca. 150hm einen Wanderweg hochschieben/-tragen.
Hinunter auf S3 Wanderweg nach Boissano - der Trail ist ruppig und verträgt Federweg, find ich immer wieder gut.
