Liebe Wanderfreunde,
es ist schon erstaunlich, wie nah städtische Wohngebiete und ein tolles Wanderrevier beieinander liegen können. Die heutige Runde führt durch einige der schönsten Ecken der "Elfringhauser Schweiz", einer malerischen Hügellandschaft südlich der Ruhr.
Die Strecke ist entspannt zu laufen. An mindestens drei etwa gleichmäßig auf die Strecke verteilten Stellen gibt es Einkehrmöglichkeiten.

Die Anfahrt klappt am schnellsten über die A44/B227 nach Essen-Kupferdreh. Von dort hält man sich südlich Richtung Langenberg und biegt in Nierenhof in die L924 ein. Die Wanderung beginnt an einem Parkplatz.
