Start der Tour ist beim Sportplatz in Sittendorf.
Die Tour verläuft über Forststraßen und Wanderwege zur Sulzer Höhe und über den Eichberg zur Parabluiestrecke.
Über die Parbluiestrecke geht es vorbei an Breitenfurt über den Doktorberg bis Kaltenleutgeben.
Ab Kaltenleutgeben geht es auf Forststraßen vorbei am Steinbruch hinauf bis zur Kugelwiese, wo man wieder auf die Parabluiestrecke trifft.
Dieser folgen bis zur Norwegerwiese und danach die Forststraße zurück nach Sittendorf.
