- Start/Ziel: Meran/Marling; Marlinger Brücke, Parkplatz neben Hotel Marlingerhof
- MH. 270 - 1.350 KM 0 - 18,2 auf dem Vinschgauradweg bis auf die Töll, weiter auf Teerstrasse bis Aschbach.(Töll-Aschbach = 8 KM)
- MH. 1.350 - 1.200 KM 18,2 - 20,6 auf dem Walderlebnisweg bzw. Kalkofen-Forstweg richtung Birchberg. Einen Teil der Strecke auf einem teilweise verwurzeltem Trai S1-S2 (bei Nässe ist Vorsicht geboten). Einige Stellen etwas ausgesetzt.
- Den Rest der Strecke auf Teerweg bis in die Talsohle, nach Plaus. Weiter durch Obstgärten, bzw. dem Vinschgauradweg zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
- Einkehrmöglichkeit: Aschbach "Aschbacherhof".
- Fahrtrichtung: Im Uhrzeigersinn.
