Ab km 0,9 den linken flacheren Weg benutzen, Richtung Haus.
Bei km 3,0 beginnt ein Single Trail und ab km 3,5 (1190 hm) bis km 3,8 (1254hm) Single Trail Schiebestrecke mit vielen Stufen. Danach wird die Strecke wieder einfacher.
Ab km 5,2 (1274) gehts bergab bis km 10,5 (726 hm) und danach mit leichter Steigung bis Rechenau.
Ab km 13,0 (855 hm) folgt der zweite steile Anstieg bis zum Brünsteinhaus bei km 16,0 (1366 hm).
Zum Teil Steigungen von über 20%.
Ab km 21,5 (1415 hm) beginnt ein Wiesenpfad bis km 22,1 (1261 hm).
Die Strecke ist schwer zu befahren und es geht steil bergab.
Überwiegend Schiebestrecke.
Ab km 22,1 mündet man wieder auf den Weg den man bergauf gefahren ist.
Ab km 22,5 fängt der Single Trail wieder an.
Etwas später folgt die Schiebstrecke mit Stufen, die man vom Hinweg schon kennengelernt hat.
Rast: Brünsteinhaus ist bewirtschaftet.
