Vom Hotel Grotli geht ein langer flacher Hatscher zu den tollen Hängen des westlichen Skridulaupen. Mit etwas Glück begegnet man unterwegs Rentierherden. Über die ideal geneigten Hänge erreicht man den Gipfel. Eine Tour zum Ostgipfel ist auch möglich.

Von Lillehammer fährt man auf der E6 nach Norden und zweigt bei Otta auf die Straße 15 ab und fährt bis Grotli oder man startet in Geiranger am Geirangerfjord und fährt auf der Provinzstraße 63 und dann auf der Straße 15 zum Hotel Grotli.
