Direkt von dem Berghotel Grotli steigt man zuerst entlang einer Lifttrasse und dann über freies Gelände auf einen der beiden Krosshögipfel. Lohnender als der Ostgipfel, auf den der Track führt, wäre der Anstieg auf den Westgipfel.

Von Lillehammer fährt man auf der E6 nach Norden und zweigt bei Otta auf die Straße 15 ab und fährt bis Grotli oder man startet in Geiranger am Geirangerfjord und fährt auf der Provinzstraße 63 und dann auf der Straße 15 zum Hotel Grotli.
