Rundtour von Bad Zwesten auf Forstwegen entlang des Wälezebachtals nach Braunau und dann über Trail ins Helenental, Anstieg auf die Bad Wildunger Höhen Richtung Reinertshagen und über das landschaftlich herausragende Helenental zurück über die Braunauer Warte und Kellerwaldsteig nach Bad Zwesten.
