Los gehts in Waidhofen/Thaya hinter dem Friedhof. Durch die Stadt gehts neben der Thaya Richtung Kl. Eberharts und Thaya. In Niederedlitz gehts dann über den Pfingstbühel (Waldstrecke) nach Griesbach. Kurz nach Griesbach biegen wir rechts ab und fahren nach Karlstein. Über eine kleine Brücke gehts dann wieder in den Wald. Hier müssen wir das MTB kurz schieben (sehr steil). Über Speisendorf erreichen wir die Liebnitzmühle. Auf der Straße fahren wir neben der Thaya bergauf. Auf einem Feldweg erreichen wir Weinern und Wienings. Nun kommt der anstrebgenste Teil der Tour. Es geht über den Predigtstuhl. Über Hollenbach und den Golfplatz erreichen wir wieder Waidhofen.
