beliebte Hochtour ohne größere Schwierigkeiten. Von der Jamtalhütte über mäßig geneigte Hänge, zuletzt steil, in die Chalausscharte, 3004m. Jenseits wieder knapp 100 Höhenmeter hinab und an geeigneter Stelle über eine (teilweise stark überwächtete) Geländekante, anschließend in der Mulde zwischen den beiden Gipfeln empor und zuletzt linkshaltend (evtl. zu Fuß) auf den etwas höheren Hauptgipfel. Kritisch zu beachten bezüglich Lawinengefahr sind die letzten 50 Meter unter den Chalausscharte und der oberste Gipfelhang (jeweils ca. 35-40 Grad. Abfahrt wie Aufstieg oder mit einer Rundtour verbinden.
