Startpunkt ist er REWE Markt in Bad Zwesten. Durch Bad Zwesten ins Wälzebachtal Richtung Braunau. Auf halber Strecker rechts dem Kellerwaldsteig Richtung Bad Zwesten folgen. Am "Sorgenstuhl" links ab und weiter über Forstwege nach Betzigerode. Hinauf zum Kopf und wieder über teilweise zugewachsene Forstwege ins Stieglbachtal nach Kerstenhausen. An der Schwalm über Trails zurück nach Bad Zwesten.
Schöne Trails an der Schwalm und am Kellerwaldsteig.

Bad Zwesten erreicht man von Norden und Süden über die B3. Gute Parkmöglichkeit am REWE Markt (Chaumont Allee) gut von der Bundestraße B3 sichtbar.
