Die Tour ist überwiegend identisch mit der großen Runde der alljährlichen RTF Leinenwebertour in Laichingen.
An der Wimsener Höhle lohnt es sich auf jeden Fall eine Rast einzulegen und die Höhle mit dem Kahn zu befahren.
Die Tour besteht nahezu permanent aus einem Auf und Ab und ist durchaus mit einer kleinen Alpenetappe vergleichbar.
