Dieser Landesfernradweg zwischen Tauberbischofsheim und Speyer verläuft durch eine Landschaft, die liebevoll als das „Madonnenländchen“ bezeichnet wird. Und das kommt nicht von ganz ungefähr. Zahlreiche Heiligenfiguren, Bildstöcke, Kreuze sowie sakrale Bauten, Kirchen und Kapellen gibt es im Verlauf dieser Radtour zu entdecken und jede Station erzählt dabei ihre eigene Geschichte.
Die Radroute führt durch die waldreiche Mittelgebirgslandschaft des Naturparks Neckartal-Odenwald. Für ungeübte Pedalritter und Familien mit Kindern empfiehlt sich die etwas längere, dafür aber weniger steile Ostroute. Über Limbach, Fahrenbach und weiter nach Mosbach
