1) Oberstdorf -> St. Anton über Schrofenpass, Flexenpass und Arlbergpass (51 Km, 1850 Hm)
2) St. Anton -> Bodenalpe durch das Verwalltal/Silbertal über Heilbronner Hütte, Galtür und Ischgl (50 Km, 1650 Hm)
3) Bodenalpe -> S-charl über Fimberpass und Scuol (44 Km, 1650 Hm)
4) S-charl -> Bormio über Pass da Costainas, Ofenpass und Passo del Gallo (58 Km, 1450 Hm)
5) Bormio -> Rifugio Bozzi über Passo Gavia und Pezzo (49 Km, 2400 Hm)
6) Rifugio Bozzi -> Rifugio Graffer über Forcellina di Montozzo, Dimaro und Malga Mondifra (56 Km, 1800 Hm)
7) Rifugio Graffer -> Torbole/Gardasee über Passo Bregn da l'Ors, Stenico und Rifugio San Pietro (73 Km, 1650 Hm)
