- Vom BHF Mals auf dem Radweg nach Schleis. Weiter auf dem" Claudia Augusta" Radweg zum Haider See (KM 9,89 - MH 1.455). Durch das Zerzer Tal auf Forstweg (mittelsteil/mittelsteil+) bis KM 16,3-MH 2.100). Schieben bis KM 17-MH 2.185. Pfaffensee KM 17,5-MH 2.217. Abfahrt auf Forstweg bis Watles (KM 22,7- MH 1.734). In Watles verschiedene Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Beginn Trail (KM 22,7-MH 1.734). Trail Ende (KM 26,2-MH 1.224). Die eher leichte Abfahrt erfolgt auf einem Karrenweg, bzw. einem Steig. Vorwiegend S0-S1. An wenigen Stellen S2. Ab Trail-Ende auf dem Radweg zurück zum Ausgangspunkt (KM 30,5-MH 1.000)
- Schöner Ausblick auf des Ortlermassiv und den Vinschgau.
