Von Egloffstein geht´s teils über Singletrails nach Thuisbrunn. Von dort nach Unter-, Obertrubach, Bärnfels, Bieberbach, Wichsenstein über die Schlehenmühle, Mostviel zurück nach Egloffstein. Die Tour geht größtenteils über Wanderwege. Bei den Klettergebieten sind die Singletrails neben der Straße - sehr schmal. Für geübte wenige Schiebepassagen oder gar keine. Einige Verbindungspassagen gehen über gepflasterte Feldwege immer abseits von Straßen.

Anfahrt erfolgt durch die fränkische Schweiz nach Egloffstein. Die Parkplätze am Schwimmbad eignen sich gut als Startpunkt.
