Auf und ab im Altmühltal
Von Kelheim bergauf nach Ihrlerstein, Anstieg Randeck, Essing, wieder bergauf nach Keilsdorf, Abfahrt nach Prunn, wieder hoch nach Buch, dann hinunter ins Schambachtal, bergauf nach Frauenberghausen, weiter nach Hexenagger, über Gut Schwaben nach Stausacker und Kelheim, Weltenburger Berg, Weltenburg, Buchhofstraße, Thaldorf, Reißing, Mitterfecking, Saal und zurück nach Kelheim.
Die Tour kann auch anders herum gefahren werden, dann noch steilere Anstiege nach Schloß Prunn und Burg Randeck
Auf den Streckenabschnitten nach Ihrlerstein und am Weltenburger Berg mit mehr Verkehr rechnen, ansonsten verkehrsarm.
Einkehrmöglichkeiten: Landgasthof Wäscherhartl, Naturfreundehaus, Gasthof Schneider Buch, Gasthof Forster Tettenwang, Landgasthof Meinzer Reißing, Gasthof Zeller Mitterfecking u.v.m.
