Der NordCup Husum fand am 18.05.2008 statt. Um 7:30 Uhr war Start bei frischen 10°C. Bei schwachem NW-Wind konnte die Marathondistanz von 205km in einem Schnitt von 32,7km/h abgespult werden. Die Verpflegung war in Husum wie immer abwechslungreich und reichhaltig. Auch wenn es im Norden keine Berge gibt ist die Fahrt direkt am Nordseedeich und auf der Halbinsel Nordstrand ein Erlebnis.

Sehr lange Tour, obwohl ich sie nur von Friedrichstadt bis Ockholm gefahren bin, dann wegen sehr starkem Südostwind weiter bis Niebüll, dann mit dem Zug zurück. Viel gerade Strasse, viele Schafe, viel norddeutsche Natur!! Alleine braucht etwas Durchhaltevermögen.
