von Lienz Radweg bis St. Johann. Ab St. Johann re neben Bundesstraße auf Radweg (es sind nur ca. 300m auf der Bundesstraße zu fahren) bis Abzweigung Bergstraße zum Steinbruch. Bis zum letzen Bauernhof auf Asphaltstraße. Dann noch ca. 5 km Schotterstraße. Auf dem Weg nach Oberleibnig toller Aussichtspunkt. In Oberleibnig Abstecher zur Kapelle Sankt Maria. Abwärts alles über Asphaltstraße bis zur Bundesstraße. Einkehrschwung beim Raftingcenter. Über Radweg zurück nach Lienz. Bei Glanzer Brücke Möglichkeit rechts entlang der Isel auf einem netten Schotterweg bis zur Hängebrücke wieder über den Isel Fluss. Zurück über den asphaltierten Radweg bis Lienz
