Wanderung zu zwei Burgruinen (Hocheppan und Boymont), die stimmungsvolle Einkehrmöglichkeiten zwischen malerischen Festungsmauern mit erhebenden Ausblicken auf Bozen, Schlern und Rosengarten verbindet.
Start in Missian Parkplatz Dorfmitte oder oberhalb von Missian am Schloss Kolb (begrenzte Parkplatzanzahl). Die Tour hat im Rother eine "blau" Wertung, was definitiv nicht passt, "rot" ist eher angemessen.
Baby-Hike: Schwierigkeit 4,5 von 5. Im Abstieg von Hocheppan und im Anstieg nach Boymont muss man über stark verblockte und verwurzelte, teils sehr steile Wegstücke "kraxeln", was mich mit dem Baby im Bauchtragegurt manches Mal mulmig fühlen ließ. Mit Kraxe sicherlich weniger problematisch, mit Kinderwagen unmöglich. Andere Wegteile leicht. Weitere Fotos im Link unten. Eine Tour, die Spaß macht und viel Anregung bietet!
