Start der leichten Wanderung ist in Hürtgen, Dorfmitte. Wir folgen hier dem Wanderweg Nr. 65 Dorf abwärts Richtung dem Bachverlauf Steinbach. Wir überqueren die Bundesstraße B 399 am Friedhof und wandern durch Mischwald Richtung Lohscheid (416m). Zurück geh es dann über Wiesen und Felder zum Ausgangspunkt in Hürtgenwald . Eine Schöne Nachmittagsrunde mit der Familie und mit nur kleinen Steigerungen.
