Endurotour mit ebike gemacht (normales Rad nur anstrengender):
a) Strecke Mariana di Compo, Marciana Marina - S1 Niveau, alles fahrbar (kann man weglassen um Tour zu verkürzen nach Marciana, alternativ Patresi - Marciana fahren wie in der Tour: https://www.gps-tour.info/de/touren/detail.162868.html (dann hat Tour 3Std. Länge)
b) Marciana S1 Bergauft-Trail und Güterweg 140m, dann S1-S2 etwas steiler zum höchsten Punkt der Tour ca. 130hm. Abfahrt S2-S3 zum Weg Uomo Massa (auf 530hm) S2, ca. 2-3min Schieben. Lange Querfahrt Richtung Patresi (im Frühjahr viel Holz im Weg liegend, hat aber weitgehend eine schmale Fahrspur). Schliesslich ruppig S2 nach Patresi hinunter (dem Querweg weiter nach sah es flacher aus, Weg endet auch in Patresi).
c) baden in St Andre (optional) ca. 150hm an den beeindruckenden Steinplatten
d) Heimfahrt auf Küstenstrasse nach Marina di Campo ca. 200hm, 20km
