Der Weg führt zuerst entlang der Küste Richtung Cancale. Dort wichen wir vom beschilderten Radweg nach Cancale ab. Cancale ist die Hauptstadt der Bretonischen Austernzucht.
Da wir zum Ende der Hauptsaison wochentags unterwegs waren, entschieden wir uns für die Küstenstraße. Diese soll in der Hauptsaison stark befahren und daher nicht empfehlenswert sein.
Ins Zentrum von St. Malo geht es relativ lange im Stadtgebiet auf öffentlichen Straßen. Bei uns war das ein geringes Problem.
Insgesamt sind einige kurze Steigungen zu Überwinden die aber kein Problem sein dürfen.
