Der Limes-Radweg ist recht anstrengend, über weite Strecken keinesfalls ein Familienradweg. Er hat einige Höhen zu überwinden. Wir nehmen uns als Tagesetappe die Ausbuchtung des Limes rund um unsere Wetterau vor. Dabei scheuen wir keine Steigungen: Gaulskopf (Winterstein), Kisselberg (bei Butzbach), Grüningen, Klausenberg (Muschenheim), Blofeld.
