- Rundkurs im Uhrzeigersinn.
- Start/Ziel: Tscherms (MH 308)
- Einrollen auf asfaltierten Nebenwegen, oder auf der Hauptstrasse nach Lana.
- Auf der Landstrasse richtung Gampenpass(Radbeleuchtung erforderlich. 2 kurze Gallerien. Angenehme Steigung
- Bei KM 15,50 - MH 1.300 beginnt der etwas steile, kompakt geschotterte Forstweg.
- KM 20,7 - MH 1.840 Gfrillner Alm (bewirtschaftet).
- Rückfahrt auf Forstweg, Karrenweg(stellenweise sehr steil), Waldweg nach Platzers. Der Gasthof "Natz" ist eine Einkehr wert. Vorzügliche Torten und köstliche Gerichte.
- Weiter auf Asfalt, Wiesenwegen, Waldwegen, Karrenweg talwärts nach Lana und zurück zum Ausgangspunkt Tscherms.
