Auch diese Etappe ist wieder geprägt von dem für den Rheingau typischen Wechsel zwischen Weinbergen und Waldpassagen - mit den ebenso typischen Weitblicken bis nach Rheinhessen. Zunächst führt der Rheinsteig und der im Rheingau bekannter Flötenweg parallel. Nach einer Waldpassage gelangen wir zum Kloster Eberbach was wir besichtigen werden. Von dort sind es nur noch wenige km bis zum Etappenziel Kiedrich.
