- Rundkurs im Uhrzeigersinn
- Start/Ziel: St Michael/Eppan
- Auf der Provinzstrasse nach Girlan. Weiter auf asfaltierten Nebenwegen zur Sportzone "Rungg"(Trainingszentrum des FC. Südtirol- Serie C)
- Auf Waldwegen bis zum Kleinen Montiggler See. Kurzer, etwas steiler Anstieg.
- Am Kleinen Montiggler See vorbei zum Grossen Montiggler See.
- Nach der Ufer-Umrundung kurzer steiler Anstieg. Abfahrt durch den Montiggler Wald, bzw. asfaltierten Nebenwegen zurück nach St. Michael/Eppan.
