Runde über Tiefenbroich dort bei Harry Brot Lagerverkauf vorbei, siehe Wegpunkte , über Kalkum den Rhein entlang an Wittlaer vorbei. In der Kneipe Aschlöchsen auf dem Deich ggf eine kleine Pause. Weiter über Duisburg Rahm schön durch den Wald über den Dorfplatz Bissingheim an der Kneipe " Hocker " vorbei . Schöner Weg durch den Wald wieder zum Ausgangspunkt und die Runde schliesst sich.
