Landschaftlich eine interessante Kurztour, die zum größten Teil parallel zur Nordschleife führt, vorbei an den bekannten Streckenabschnitten Bergwerk, Steilstück, Brünnchen, Schwalbenschwanz, Fuchsröhre usw. Ein guter Startpunkt ist das Städtchen Adenau beim Möbelhaus Bell (Parken). Ab hier ist die Route mit Wegweisern gut ausgeschildert.
