Die Runde orientiert sich an der Tour O11 der Volksbank Arena Harz, startet allerdings in Clausthal-Zellerfeld. Die Route führt bergauf und bergab durch typische Harzwälder, die je nach Höhenlage durch Laubbäume oder Fichten geprägt sind. Es gibt einige gut fahrbare Trail-Passagen.
