- Rundkurs im Uhrzeigersinn.
- Start/Ziel: Meran-Passerpromenade.
- Auf asfaltierten Nebenwegen durch die Altstadt von Meran über den Segenbühel nach Dorf Tirol.Durch das Dorf ca. 1 KM. auf der Hauptstrasse.
- Von oberhalb des Dorfes weiter auf gut zu befahrendem Karrenweg. Kurze Abschnitte S1.
- Abfahrt bis zum Passerradweg auf Asfalt(kein Verkehr).
- Ausrollen zum Ausgangspunkt.
- Ca. 200 Meter steiler Abschnitt.
