Landschaftlich schöne Tour zwischen Weiherhammer - Weiden - Parkstein - Grafenwöhr auf verkehrsarmen Straßen mit "100 hm auf 10 km- Verhältnis". Um auf den Parkstein zu kommen, fährt man kurz durch Weidens westliche Straßen. Teilweise zähe Anstiege und zum Schluß eben Richtung Mantel. Start und Schluß ideal am Parkplatz am Hammerweiher oder Bhf, Abschlußgetränk gut einnehmbar am Cafe am See.
