Wir starten unsere Wanderung auf dem Werksgelände des Kieswerks und laufen zunächst der Asphaltstraße und dann über gut erkennbare Trampelpfade in den Bco. Hondo hinein. Der einsame Wanderweg zum Arco del Coronadero führt durch wüstenähnliche Landschaften hinauf zu dem größten natürlichen Steinbogen auf Gran Canaria.
Hierbei ist zu beachten das wir zuerst durch den Bco. laufen und dann zum Steinbogen Aufsteigen, da sich der steile Aufstieg leicht zu bewältigen ist als in den Bac. hinabzusteigen. Ab dem Steinbogen führt die Wanderung an der Abbruchkannte zum Bco. leichtfallend zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
