Die Tour führt von Bamberg ausgehend über Burgleseau hoch in den Fränkischen Jura, auf den Höhen entlang zur hohen Metze und wieder zurück nach Bamberg.
Die Tour findet größtenteils auf Flurbereinigungsstraßen und leichten Waldwegen, Trails gibt es keine. Highlight ist durchaus die Aussicht des chrisitlichen Zentrums auf dem Marienberg mit einem Rundumblick.
