    Von München Ost zur Mitte an die Isar und dann an dieser entlang in Richtung Süden.

    Viele Singele Trail möglichkeiten, für diese sind teilweise Mountainbikes notwendig.

    Bei den meisten Streckenabschnitten sind hingegen Touren- oder Rennräder völlig ausreichend.
