Circuit partant de Stiring-Wendel en passant par la Petite-Fôrets ou se trouve un mini bike park fait par les jeunes de la cité.
Puis nous passerons par l'antenne pour rejoindre Spicheren. Passage devant le char et la descente dans les bois vers Sarrebruck.
La remontée se fera par le Felsberg.
