Vom Ausgangspunkt Achenpromenade Richtung Süden führt die Strecke nach der Bahnunterführung rechts ansteigend auf ein südlich der Stadt gelegenes Plateau mit dem idyllisch gelegenen Weiler Malern, den man flach über duftende Wiesen erreicht. Über Wiesenwege hinunter quert man den Talgrund und erreicht die Badhaussiedlung. Vorbei am Golfclub Kitzbühel und am Tennisstadion gelangt man zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
