Start und Ziel ist der kleine Parkplatz am Dattel Hamm Kanal, höhe Fußgängerbrücke Kreuzstr.in Lünen-Beckinghausen. Die wichtigsten Stationen sind: Horstmarer See, ehemalige Deponie Dortmund-Lanstrop, Lanstroper See, Bergkamen, Beversee, Marina Rünthe, Bergehalde Großes Holz.
Wenn man die Bergehalde Großes Holz ausläßt,( einfach am Kraftwerk Heil am Kanal bleiben).ist die Tour einfach zu fahren.
Wer die Halde nicht auslässt , wird mit einer herrlichen Aussicht belohnt. Für die schiefen blauen Türme auf der Halde ist nicht Kyrill ,sondern ein Künstler verantwortlich.
