Steiler Start mit ca. 1000 hm - von Oben tolle Aussichten über Tirol am Pengelstein. Nach kurzer steiler Abfahrt kontinuierliche Anstiege zum Stangeljoch. Danach eine lange angenehme Abfahrt ins Salzachtal. Von dort aus flach bis kurz vor Krimml mit 150 "Reststeigung" - mit Ausblick auf die Krimmler Wasserfälle
