Die Wanderung geht von Sorano durch das Lente- Tal über die Höhlenstadt Vitozzo nach San Quirico. Für den Rückweg nimmt man die wenig befahrene SP 12.

Zwischen Municipio und der Tankstelle in Sorano fährt man eine Straße ca. 200 m in Richtung Sovana. In der Kurve befindet sich ein großer kostenloser Parkplatz.
