Die Tour führt von Tübingen aus entlang der Steinlach und der Wiesaz über Felder und Obstbaumwiesen an den Rand der Schwäbischen Alb. Der Farrenberg - ein der Alb vorgelagerter Berg - wird dabei umrundet. Die Strecke ist durchgängig asphaltiert, weitgehend autofrei und sonnig. Unterwegs bieten sich schöne Aussichten auf das Vorland. Die Strecke führt großteils über landwirtschaftliche Wege und ist für "Tempofahrer" weniger geeinet. Die Strecke wird vom Radtreff des RV Pfeil Tübingen gelegentlich gefahren.

Start ist in Tübingen am Uhlanddenkmal in der Uhlandstraße. Parkplätze gibt es dort nur am Wochenende. Ansonsten sollte man im Neckarparkhaus (300 m entfernt) parken oder mit dem Zug anreisen (Bahnhof 300 m entfernt).
