Von Riezlern mit dem Walserbus zur Auenhütte,dann mit dem Ifenlift zur Ifenhütte. Aufstieg anfangs neben dem Skilift, dann bei Abzweigung links über Schrofen zur Gipfelhochfläche(interessante Flora)und zum Gipfel des Hohen Ifen (Aussicht). Abstieg zum Restaurant Bergadler.Von dort Abstecher zum Hahnenköpfle (Aussicht). Über die Karrenfelder des Gottesackerplateaus (Vorsicht bei Nebel) zur verfallenen Gottesackeralp. Steiler Abstieg über die Schneiderkürenalpe nach Wäldele. Mit dem Walserbus zurück nach Riezlern.
