Start ist in Obercastrop, aber auch an jedem beliebigen Punkt ist ein Einstieg möglich.
Die Tour ist geeignet für Tourenräder, MTB´s, Crossrennräder und Treckingräder.
Feld und Schotterwege halten sich mit Straßenpassagen fast die Waage.
Eine wenig anspruchsvolle Runde um schnell mal ein paar KM abseits der Straßen zu machen.

Route Obercastrop, Herne Gysenberg, Castrop Bladenhorst, Herner Schleuse, Cas -Pöppinghausen, Ickern, Deininghausen, Erin Park und zurück nach Obercastrop.
